pg td aku terlupa nak byr parking... ntah aper yg aku bikin pun xtau sampai leh terlupa...

biasa kul 9:00am aku dh turun bwh gi byr parking... kul 11:55 br teringat... (jgn ler kena saman...) turun2 jerk kt bawah tgk kebanyakkan kete2 kat situ dh dpt surat cinta. aku siap pegi kt kete2 tuh.. sah mmg surat cinta merah from dbkl... tp alhamdulillah... keta aku tak kena.... aku pun cepat2 ler bayar parking. tp klau ikut aku xpyh dh bayar utk hari nie.. coz staff dbkl tu dh round area tuh... tp sebab suka nyer pasal... aku bayar gak.. hehehhe... syukran2.... mcm mana ler leh terlupa nieh.....

tp nie lagi best... tips2 berguna klau saper2 nak elak saman.... heheheh

Massage

smlm aku mc....coz sakit pinggang... malam tu tidurku tak lena... pusing sana sakit.. pusing sini sakit... 

sedar2 jerk cramp... dh tak bley nak pusing badan.... lama dh aku tak kena serangan nie... tp apa yg aku prasan..bila badan berat aku naik kilo sure aku sakit pinggang.. so aku pun ambek keputusan ambek mc jerk..

petang tu aku dah buat appointment ngan indon nie.... nak berurut.. dh lama rasa nyer aku tak berurut....

perghhh lega nyer...

tp mc biasa.... bila kena urut jerk mula ler aku terjerit2 sakit bila drg dok buka simpulan urat badan ku.... klau org dgr ntah apa2 ler si minah tu.... sejam gak ler aku dikerjakan nyer.... tp lepas tu perghhh lega...

Joging & handphone?

Sesudah subuh, aku bersiap2 untuk berjoging. Aku pun keluar rumah tanpa meninggalkan pesan. Tak sampai 5 minit perjalanan (mls jalan...naik kete) aku pun smpai ke destinasi. Sblum aku melangkah keluar dari kereta, aku call hp abh... 2x dial masih tak berangkat... So aku pun sms adek bongsu ku menyatakan yg aku g joging.

Mcm biasa before joging aku memanaskan badan dulu....then aku pun mulakan joging. Ingat ke nak buat 5 round... Tp baru sampai 2nd round dh tercungap2. ketika masuk round ke-3, aku perasan ada srg mamat naik motor nie daring aku semacam... Dia jeling aku then terus blah... Tp aku mcm kenal jerk mamat baju kuning tuh.... Ngan perasaan yg blur...aku habiskan jugak 3rd round tuh...last round... Rasanyer cukup ler.. Aku pun stop... Before blah..aku check hp yg aku tinggalkan dlm kete...perghhh 12 miss call & 1 sms dari adek ku...yg berbunyi ''Len kali talipon angkat la, jgn bg org lain bsg''... Ops br ku perasan...mamat tadi rupanyer adek aku ler..

Sesampai di rumah rupanyer drg dh kena bising dek abh aku... Sedap2 drg membuta kena sergah ngan abh cr kakak drg yg ilang...tepon2 xdpt.. Hahaha waka waka... Lawak siot.. Tu yg dok cr aku sampai kt tmpt joging...

- sblm kuar rumah bg tau dulu kt org tua (mmg slalu aku buat, cuma pg td jerk lupa)

Last week aku gie collect my Jabulani.... tak sia2 aku kumpul milo...(yg aku dpt free)... hasil redemption tu dpt ler aku 4 biji bola Jabulani....  dpt ler aku buat kenang-kenangan fro world cup 2010 nie kan.... klau beli kat luar pun mau dlm RM26 sebijik.....

aku nie ada mmg ada problem ngan sistem pembuangan aku.... byk ubat gak ler aku lyn ubat2... tp xbrapa menjadi.  tp last month bila aku jalan2 kt dlm farmasi kt shopping complex nie.. aku ternampak ler kotak hijau.. aku belex2 rupa nyer detoxlim... belek punyer belek.. baca punyer baca.. aku pun rempat ler sekotak.... klau tak silap aku model utk produk ni si nita.. 

lepas aku lyn tea nie.. mmg superb ler... krg just lyn jerk tea nie Serve After Your Meal. aku just layan mlm jerk... tp aku xlyn hari2...
